Though most often times you wish to still identify as "young adults" time has come for yet another transition.  This time into 'adulthood.'  At this stage in life, things have probably started to stabilize and you may even have "young children" or "children" of your own.  Whether you know it or not; the younger generations have begun to look up to you as prospective mentors and are starting to mimic your behaviors.
